When I created this page, I initially thought it would be best served for people who were looking to find the best skin care regimen for themselves. This hasn’t changed but has expanded to a much greater purpose.
When I think about glowed skin, I think about a radiance that is expressed from the inside out. It is a confidence that not only has to do with finding what products work best for you, but finding what practices in life best suit you. This will ultimately create your version of glowed skin. This is still a work in progress for me but I wanted to take my followers on that journey, because I know I am not the only one who struggles to feel their best.
As amazing as social media is for inspiration and education it can also be a source of insecurity and unrealistic beauty standards. I hope that by sharing my own experiences I show my followers who I am… perfectly imperfect.
Finding what practices best suit you doesn’t necessarily mean creating the perfect skin care ritual or buying the most popular products on the market, but rather bringing happiness into your life in any way that fits into your life. For me this includes physical activity with friends and family, reading a book out of my comfort zone, putting time aside each day to meditate, and whatever else brings me joy.
I want this to become a space for education and authenticity so that I can bring all of you closer to finding your Glowed Skin.
